Tsum Valley Trek is one of isolated trek destination north of Gorkha district. The Pristine land of Tsum valley trek takes to the heart of Buddhist culture and ancient monasteries. The land is blissed by Guru Padmashambava and sacred place Bayul Kimolung. Bayul means sacred hidden valley. Place were peace and prosperity, sacred place to take refuge in degeneration time. The life of Tsum valley is semi nomadic, they tame animal like Jho and Yaks. They have beautiful fields to grow crops. Barley, Wheat, Potato and Radish are main crops of Tsum valley.
