Manaslu Trek

Manaslu Trek is an opportunity for all those adventure lovers who simply love to have blended feel of experiencing both local culture and excellent Himalayan landscapes. Manaslu Trek circuit the eight highest mountains is glory in itself and passing through high pass Larkya La, visiting ancient monasteries, glacial lakes, flora and fauna are other major highlights of this Manaslu trek. Manaslu Trek begins with a scenic long drive towards Soti Khola witnessing beautiful hilly landscapes, rivers and forests. We start our Manaslu trek from here, making our way towards Machha Khola, crossing numerous uphill and downhill roads, rivers and gorges. Further leaving beautiful culturally rich villages of Jagat, Deng and Namrung behind, we ascend through rugged trails to popular Sama Gompa monastery. In the similar way, after properly acclimatizing ourselves at Sama Gompa, we trek to Larke Bazar and cross Larke La Pass (5135m) which will be the most challenging day of our trip. After observing great landscape views, we descend towards Bimthang, Tiliche, Chyamche and Nadi before driving back to Kathmandu. Manaslu Trek is unique in its own way. With quite a few challenges and more exploration opportunities; you need to be physically fit and mentally ready to tolerate the challenges with passion towards walking and exploring new places, meeting new people. Best season for Manaslu Trek is spring March to May and Autumn month of September to November.
